Honeycomb Android Wallpaper Biography
Honeycomb is code name of the coming Android version 3.0. Here at the weekend, I am really happy to share with you my Honeycomb Wallpaper collection for desktop and laptop. Wishing you a healthy and enjoyable relaxation time.
So you've downloaded a bunch of nice HD wallpapers with just about the right resolution for your honeycomb tablet, but then when you try to set the wallpaper in the honeycomb gallery, you realised that the crop tool isn't doing such a great job at cropping your wallpaper especially for landscape view. So what do you do? I'll introduce you a very nice application that does the dirty work for you and have screenshots of the original wallpaper that i've downloaded with the one that i've loaded up after using the tool. Honeycomb is the dessert-themed Android codename for the version 3.0 update of the open source Android mobile operating system. Honeycomb made its debut in February 2011 as a tablet-centric update that delivered a new interface optimized for devices with larger screen sizes (particularly tablets), video chat support based on Google Talk protocols, a new System Bar for global status and notifications and an Action Bar for application control, tabbed Web browsing, optimized soft keyboard and a new email interface.
Honeycomb followed several earlier updates for Android – Cupcake (v1.5), Donut (v1.6), Eclair (v2.0), FroYo (v2.2) and Gingerbread (v2.3) – and is expected to be followed by the upcoming Ice Cream Sandwich (v4.0) update currently in development.

If you spend some time poking around in the files of the Android 3.0 Honeycomb preview, you’ll find all of the new wallpapers Google plans to include with the upcoming version of Android. Some of the wallpapers are formatted for mobile phones (which jives with our theory that Android 3.0 Honeycomb also works with smartphones), and some are much larger, obviously for tablets.
